Events & Collaborations

At VANTA, we believe women's health happens in community.

We collaborate with organisations and businesses that share our commitment to supporting women through midlife - bringing real conversations about perimenopause and wellbeing into everyday spaces.

VANTA is a proud supporter of the Women in Policing Journal, bringing evidence-based perimenopause and menopause support directly to female officers across Australia. Because the women who protect everyone else deserve someone in their corner too.

VANTA as Women's Health Partner to the Squash Sisters Project, launched recently. A Squash SA initiative bringing women together through sport, connection, and community. At the June 2026 event VANTA offered free 15-minute health consultations,  and provided award winners with a complimentary VANTA Edge Performance & Wellbeing Session. Because women's sport and women's health belong in the same conversation.

VANTA partnered with That Place Hair Salon in Norwood, SA to bring perimenopause education directly into the community. The salon generously opened their doors for Perimenopause Uncovered, an evidence-based workshop designed to give women honest, practical information about what's happening in their bodies and what they can actually do about it. It's exactly the kind of collaboration VANTA believes in: real conversations, in real spaces, with real women.

Collaborate with us

Are you a business, health professional, or organisation that works with women in midlife? We'd love to explore how we can work together. VANTA actively partners with aligned organisations to bring evidence-based women's health education into the spaces where women already are. If your community would benefit from honest conversations about perimenopause, hormones, and feeling like themselves again - let's talk.

FAQ

Does VANTA Coaching work with women who aren't in perimenopause or menopause? Yes. While VANTA specialises in perimenopause and menopause coaching, the practice works with women at any life stage on performance, wellbeing, goal-setting, and health. The VANTA Women's Edge session is open to all women.

What is the VANTA Edge: Performance & Wellbeing Session? It is a private one-hour coaching session with Dorota Gancarz MSc, covering performance, health, and personal goals tailored entirely to the individual. Sessions are available in person in Adelaide or online Australia-wide and are valued at $300.

Is squash good for women in perimenopause and menopause? Yes. Research supports racket sport as particularly beneficial during perimenopause and menopause. The multidirectional impact loading helps maintain bone density, the high-intensity intervals support cardiovascular health, and the social nature of the sport helps reduce cortisol. VANTA Coaching recommends squash as one of the most effective forms of exercise for midlife women.
