Adam Leaney, B.ExSc Performance Specialist & Strength Coach
With a Bachelor of Exercise Science and over a decade of elite performance coaching, Adam leads the physical transformation side of VANTA - designing strength and conditioning programs specifically adapted for the perimenopausal and menopausal body.
Adam's programs are built around the hormonal reality of perimenopause, not despite it - protecting bone density, supporting metabolic health, and preserving muscle in a way generic training programs simply don't account for.
With an MSc in Science and over 20 years in the health industry, Dorota specialises in the root-cause approach to perimenopause and menopause - connecting hormonal health, sleep, nutrition, psychology, and movement into one integrated protocol for high-achieving women.
Her background spans across medical research science at one of Australia's leading health and medical research institutes, perimenopause and menopause advocacy, and evidence-based coaching.
She founded VANTA because she lived the gap herself - navigating perimenopause while surrounded by clinical expertise, yet finding no single approach that addressed the complete picture.
